Dr. Thomas Crabtree is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a passion for general, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. His formal education and training include:

Prior to joining Epiphany, Dr. Crabtree retired as a Colonel from the U.S. Army, where he served as a trauma and plastic and reconstructive surgeon. After leaving the service, he worked with Kaiser Permanente and had a successful private plastic surgery practice in Hawaii.
He also started a Washington, DC, based company – AMI Expeditionary Healthcare – providing healthcare solutions in challenging settings across the world. In this capacity, he served as the clinical director of the US Ebola response in Liberia, for three World Health Organization (WHO) trauma and maternity hospitals in Mosul, and for multiple COVID-19 field hospitals worldwide during the pandemic.
Dr. Crabtree is a full-time Telluride resident and is thrilled to be partnering with Epiphany and offering expanded dermatology and cosmetic services to the local and visitor population.
